10:07 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SEI Investments ( SEIC ) said Tuesday that alternative asset manager KKR & Co ( KKR ) will make its private-market investment vehicles available through the SEI platform, gaining access to 250 wealth management firms and another 165 fund managers as well as their individual clients.

Financial terms and other details of the agreement were not disclosed.

SEI shares were fractionally lower in recent mid-morning trade. KKR shares also were down less than 1%.
