09:11 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SEI Investments ( SEIC ) said Wednesday its board has appointed Carl A. Guarino as chairman starting Jan. 1, 2026.

Guarino succeeds company founder Alfred West, Jr., who will become chairman emeritus effective on the same date, the company said.

Guarino, who joined the SEI Board as an independent director in 2014, most recently served as CEO of software firm WizeHive.
