04:43 AM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Selina Hospitality ( SLNA ) said Thursday it received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market informing the company of its delinquency in filing its Form 20-F for the year ended Dec. 31.

The notice specifies the delay as an added basis for potentially delisting the company's securities. Selina is non-compliant with the minimum bid price and the low-price stock requirements.

The company said it intends to submit a request by the May 28 deadline to request an additional stay on the commencement of the delisting process.
