Semler Scientific Establishes Subsidiary Focused on Cardiac Technology

08:43 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Semler Scientific ( SMLR ) said Tuesday it has established CardioVanta, a subsidiary that will encompass its future healthcare business activities focused on early detection of heart failure and cardiac arrythmia monitoring.

The subsidiary will be structured with a software-as-a-service model, seeking capital from outside investors to finance its initial capital needs, the company said.

Semler Scientific ( SMLR ) said it will continue to focus on marketing its QuantoFlo device and software for early detection of peripheral artery disease.
