04:44 PM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Semtech ( SMTC ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.44 per diluted share, up from $0.40 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.43.

Net sales in the quarter ended Jan. 25 rose to $274.4 million from $251 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $273.2 million.

The company expects fiscal Q1 adjusted diluted EPS of $0.45, plus or minus $0.03, on net sales of $283 million, plus or minus $5 million. Analysts polled by FactSet forecast EPS of $0.43 on revenue of $272.6 million.

Semtech ( SMTC ) shares fell 1.8% in after-hours trading.
