Semtech Plans $350 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering

05:04 PM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Semtech ( SMTC ) said late Monday it intends to offer $350 million in 0% convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private placement.

The company may also grant initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $52.5 million of notes.

The company said it will use the net proceeds and common stock to exchange 2027 and 2028 notes and repay part of its senior credit facilities, the company said.
