05:21 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sensata Technologies Holding ( ST ) said late Wednesday it priced a private offering of $500 million principal amount of 6.625% senior notes due 2032 at par value.

Net proceeds will be used to redeem the UK company's 5% senior notes due Oct. 1, 2025, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on June 6, subject to customary closing conditions.
