Sensata Technologies Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; Sets Q3 Outlook -- Shares Fall After-Hours

04:34 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sensata Technologies ( ST ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.93 per diluted share, down from $0.97 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.93.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.04 billion, down from $1.06 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.04 billion.

The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of between $0.82 and $0.88 on revenue of between $970 million and $1 billion.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.93 and $1.03 billion, respectively.

Shares of the company fell over 4% in after-hours activity.
