04:04 AM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Senseonics ( SENS ) said late Thursday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 100 million shares at $0.50 per share for expected gross proceeds of $50 million.

The offering is expected to close on May 19, the company said.

Senseonics ( SENS ) also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 15 million additional shares.
