06:43 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sequans Communications ( SQNS ) said Thursday it will change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares to ordinary shares, effective Sept. 17.

The adjustment will create one new ADS for every 10 old ADSs, while the company's ordinary shares will remain unaffected, the company said.

Shares of the company were down by more than 3% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
