BELGRADE, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Serbia's U.S-sanctioned NIS

oil refinery stopped working due to lack of crude oil,

Belgrade-based NOVA.RS TV reported on Tuesday citing sources.

Russian-owned NIS declined to comment.
