06:53 AM EDT, 05/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sernova Biotherapeutics ( SEOVF ) late on Sunday said Ross Haghighat resigned as chairman.

The board accepted Haghighat's resignation, which was tendered on May 24, the company said in a statement.
