07:54 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Serve Robotics ( SERV ) said Tuesday that earlier this year, it acquired the assets of Phantom Auto and its subsidiary, Voysys.

The company bought the assets for about $5.8 million in cash.

Serve Robotics ( SERV ) said Voysys will continue to operate as a standalone video streaming and teleoperation technology provider.
