Serve Robotics Expands Accord With Magna International to Bolster Robot Manufacturing

12:45 PM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Serve Robotics ( SERV ) said Wednesday that Magna International ( MGA ) will be the exclusive contract manufacturer for delivery robots, expanding an existing agreement.

The new production and purchase agreement is effective Wednesday and will support deployment of up to 2,000 robots on Uber Eats platform in the US market, Serve Robotics ( SERV ) said.

Serve Robotics ( SERV ) shares fell 8.8% in recent trading Wednesday. Magna dropped 0.9%.
