Serve Robotics Introduces New Autonomous Delivery Robot

10:58 AM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Serve Robotics ( SERV ) said Wednesday it has introduced its third-generation autonomous delivery robot.

The new model incorporates Nvidia's ( NVDA ) Jetson Orin to support computing power and Ouster's (OUST) REV7 digital lidar, the company said.

The robots are being mass-produced in collaboration with Magna International ( MGA ) , Serve Robotics ( SERV ) said, adding that it plans to deploy 2,000 units on the Uber's ( UBER ) Uber Eats unit platform in 2025.

The company's shares were up nearly 3.6% in recent Wednesday trading.
