04:28 PM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Service Corp International ( SCI ) said Thursday it priced a $800 million underwritten public offering of 5.75% senior notes due 2032.

The company expects to close the offering on Tuesday, subject to customary closing conditions.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay outstanding loans under the company's revolving credit facility along with related fees, interest, and expenses, according to Service Corp. ( SCI )
