Service Properties Trust Files Mixed Securities Shelf

05:01 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Service Properties Trust ( SVC ) filed an automatic shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Monday covering the potential sale of securities from time to time in one or more offerings.

The statement covers debt securities, common and preferred shares, depositary shares and warrants, among other things, according to a regulatory filing.

Service Properties ( SVC ) said it plans to use the net proceeds from the sale of any securities for general business purposes.
