09:40 AM EDT, 03/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Service Properties Trust ( SVC ) said Monday it has appointed Chris Bilotto as chief executive, managing trustee and president.

Bilotto is an executive vice president of The RMR Group ( RMR ) and also serves as the CEO, managing trustee and president of Diversified Healthcare Trust ( DHC ) , Service Properties Trust ( SVC ) said.

Bilotto's appointment comes after the resignations of Todd Hargreaves and John Murray on March 9, the company said.
