10:44 AM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ServiceNow ( NOW ) agreed to acquire Cuein, an AI-based conversation data analysis platform, for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition of the Belmont, California-based company will help AI agents transform data into insightful recommendations for platform users, ServiceNow ( NOW ) said Friday in a statement.

The transaction is expected to close this quarter, ServiceNow ( NOW ) said.
