01:42 PM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ServiceNow ( NOW ) said Wednesday it has expanded its alliance with Microsoft ( MSFT ) to improve employee productivity and with Equinix ( EQIX ) for efficient operations of digital infrastructure.

ServiceNow ( NOW ) and Microsoft ( MSFT ) will integrate their generative artificial intelligence assistants to help employees unlock new levels of productivity. This integration will be generally available in the fall, ServiceNow ( NOW ) said.

Equinix ( EQIX ) and ServiceNow ( NOW ) plan to develop new offerings to provide the entire enterprise information technology stack, including data center infrastructure, with a complete view and intelligent insights. These offerings are expected to be available to customers in early 2025, the company said.

Financial details of the collaborations weren't disclosed.
