10:00 AM EST, 01/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ServiceNow ( NOW ) and OpenAI said Tuesday that the companies have entered a multi-year agreement to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic artificial intelligence.

Under the deal, OpenAI models will be a preferred intelligence capability for ServiceNow's ( NOW ) enterprise customers, providing access to frontier models, custom ServiceNow AI offerings and faster deployment, according to the companies.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
