ServiceNow Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rises; Shares Gain After Hours

04:23 PM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ServiceNow ( NOW ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $4.86 per diluted share, up from $4.82 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.26.

Revenue for the Q3 was $3.40 billion, up from $2.79 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.55 billion.

Shares of ServiceNow ( NOW ) were up more than 5.30% in after-hours activity.
