04:16 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Servotronics ( SVT ) said late Monday its board initiated a review of its strategic alternatives, which may include a sale of the company.

The company said that there could be no assurances as to the form and timing of any transaction that may result from the review.
