08:21 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SES AI (SES) said Tuesday it has signed a term sheet to establish a joint venture with Hisun New Energy Materials to commercially supply electrolyte materials discovered through its Molecular Universe platform.

The company said it will own 90% of the venture, which is subject to the execution of a binding definitive agreement, expected by the end of this month.

SES AI shares were 0.3% higher in recent premarket activity.
