Shares of Crypto-Related Companies Surge Pre-Bell as Bitcoin Reaches Record Price

05:26 AM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Shares of cryptocurrency-related companies surged in Monday's premarket activity as prices for Bitcoin reached an all-time high of more than $71,000.

Digital assets exchange Coinbase (COIN) and Bitcoin miner Marathon Digital Holdings ( MARA ) were up more than 5%, while Riot Platforms ( RIOT ) , another cryptocurrency mining company, were up more than 4%.
