09:22 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SharkNinja ( SN ) said in a regulatory filing Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Patraic Reagan notified the company of his intent to resign, effective Sept. 5.

The company said it has named Senior Vice President of Finance Adam Quigley as interim CFO, effective immediately upon Reagan's departure.

SharkNinja ( SN ) said Reagan's resignation did not stem from any disagreement with the company.

SharkNinja ( SN ) shares were down 1.8% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
