Reagan most recently served as finance chief of Nike's (NKE) Asia, Pacific, and Latin America segment, the company said.

He will succeed interim CFO Larry Flynn, who will continue as chief accounting officer.

Shares of the company were down 0.3% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
