SharkNinja Says Certain Selling Shareholders Start Ordinary Shares Offering

10:23 AM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SharkNinja ( SN ) said Monday that certain selling shareholders have begun an offering of about 4.7 million ordinary shares of the company.

The selling shareholders, which are affiliated with Xuning Wang, also intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 703,785 ordinary shares, SharkNinja ( SN ) said.

The company said it is not selling any ordinary shares in the public offering and will not get any proceeds from it.
