SharkNinja Secondary Offering of 5.5 Million Shares Priced

03:46 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SharkNinja ( SN ) said late Wednesday an underwritten secondary offering of 5.5 million of its shares by shareholders linked to Chairman CJ Xuning Wang was priced at $116 per share.

The company said the size of the offering, set to close on Friday, is up from the originally planned 5 million shares.

The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares. The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
