Nov 11, 2025 12:27 AM

LONDON, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Shell told Reuters

on Tuesday it has challenged an arbitration outcome it lost

against Venture Global ( VG ), alleging Venture Global ( VG ) withheld

information from Shell and the arbitration tribunal.

The arbitration case was over Venture Global's ( VG )

failure to deliver liquefied natural gas under long-term

contracts starting in 2023. Shell challenged the decision in the

New York Supreme Court, it said.

Venture Global ( VG ) did not immediately respond to a request for

comment.
