11:17 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sherwin-Williams ( SHW ) said Monday it amended its credit agreement mainly to extend the maturity of $75 million of the commitments available for borrowing and obtaining the issuance, renewal, extension and increase of a letter of credit to Dec. 20, 2029, from June 20, 2025.

Citicorp USA is the administrative agent and issuing bank, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
