Sherwin-Williams Extends $75 Million Credit Agreement by 5 Years

01:55 PM EDT, 03/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sherwin-Williams ( SHW ) said Monday it has amended its credit agreement with Goldman Sachs (GS) affiliates to extend the maturity of $75 million of commitments available for borrowing to June 20, 2030, from June 20, 2025.
