06:49 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) said Tuesday it has extended its all-cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Global Blue Group Holding ( GB ) .

The tender offer period, previously set to expire on June 23, is now being extended to July 2, according to the company.

The revised period is intended to provide shareholders more time to consider their participation.
