Shift4 Payments Plans Private Offering of Euro-Denominated Notes

04:49 AM EST, 12/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) said Tuesday it plans to offer in a private placement 435 million euros ($504.9 million) of 5.5% senior notes due 2033.

The notes will be in addition to the existing 680 million euros of 5.5% senior notes due 2033 issued in May.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayments, strategic acquisitions, growth initiatives, and potential share buybacks, the company said.
