08:34 AM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) and UATP have signed a collaboration under which Shift4 will integrate the latter's patented technology to advance the company's payment infrastructure for the international travel industry, UATP said Monday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shares of Shift4 were down 3% in recent Monday premarket activity.
