12:57 PM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) said Monday that its Shift4 Payments LLC and Shift4 Payments Finance units are planning a private offering of $1.1 billion of senior notes.

The company said Shift4 Payments LLC intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company were up 2.5% in recent trading.
