08:52 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shimmick ( SHIM ) said Tuesday it was awarded a $51 million contract by the Stockton East Water District for the Bellota Weir Modifications project in Stockton, California.

Construction will likely begin in 2025 after the completion of final permitting and preconstruction activities, the company said.

Shimmick ( SHIM ) shares were down 3% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
