Shineco Announces Public Equity Offering -- Shares Plunge After Hours

05:10 PM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Shineco ( SISI ) commenced an underwritten public offering of shares and prefunded warrants, the company said Thursday.

Financial terms, including size of the offering and price of securities, were not disclosed.

Shares plunged 35% in recent after-hours activity.

Price: 1.3800, Change: -0.74, Percent Change: -34.91
