CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Shive-Hattery has acquired Montgomery Roth Architecture & Interior Design, a 14-person firm in Houston, Texas with expertise in the gaming and hospitality, and multi-family housing markets.

Shive-Hattery's Houston, Texas acquisition broadens gaming & hospitality expertise and marks third location in Southwest

This marks Shive-Hattery's third design office in the Southwestern region after its expansion into Tucson, Ariz. in 2022 and Tempe, Ariz. in 2023. The acquisition complements its existing portfolio of regional and nationwide commercial clients. In addition, clients will benefit from their combined expertise, resources and ability to deliver more comprehensive and customized design solutions.
