Shoals Technologies Names Bobbie King Chief Legal Officer

05:15 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shoals Technologies ( SHLS ) said Monday it appointed Bobbie L. King Jr. as chief legal officer.

King most recently served as deputy chief legal officer at HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital ( HASI ) , the company said.

Shares of Shoals Technologies ( SHLS ) were down more than 8% in after-hours activity.
