Shopify Names Jessica Hertz as Chief Operating Officer

05:29 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shopify ( SHOP ) said in a Thursday regulatory filing that it named Jessica Hertz as chief operating officer, effective Oct. 9.

Hertz was most recently the company's general counsel, according to the filing.
