10:50 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shopify ( SHOP ) said Tuesday it would voluntarily transfer its US stock exchange listing to the Nasdaq from the New York Stock Exchange.

The company expects class A subordinate voting shares to stop trading on the NYSE, effective March 28, and start trading on the Nasdaq on March 31 under the same ticker.

Shares were up more than 6% in recent trading.
