07:40 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition ( SUAC ) and SEE ID, which does business as Dot Ai, said Friday that they have closed their previously announced business combination.

Following the transaction, Dot Ai is set to become a public company, with its securities to trade on Nasdaq under the tickers "DAIC" and "DAICW" starting Monday, according to the statement.

The companies said Dot Ai has raised $12 million through a private investment in public equity transaction in connection with the merger and will use the funds to support its growth plans.
