05:49 PM EDT, 07/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Shutterstock ( SSTK ) said late Monday that it completed the acquisition of Envato Pty Ltd., expanding its reach among freelancers, hobbyists, small businesses, and agencies.

The company said the deal adds 650,000 subscribers and more than doubles its subscriber base to 1.15 million. It also increases Shutterstock's ( SSTK ) content revenue from video, audio, graphics, fonts, and templates.

The company did not disclose the price tag on the agreement.
