05:34 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shutterstock ( SSTK ) shareholders approved the proposed merger with Getty Images ( GETY ) during a special meeting.

About 82% of the issued and outstanding shares voted in favor of the merger, Shutterstock ( SSTK ) said Tuesday in a statement.

The merger is expected to close in H2, subject to regulatory approvals.

Shutterstock ( SSTK ) shares rose 7.8% in after-hours trading, and Getty advanced 11%.
