11:20 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings ( SHPH ) signed a letter of intent to acquire Molecule.ai for $10 million in cash and shares, contingent on the completion of certain milestones.

Molecule.ai's platform is designed to evaluate novel molecules, aiming to accelerate development timelines, lower costs, and improve the likelihood of identifying therapeutic candidates, Shuttle said Friday in a statement.

Shuttle shares fell 18% in recent Friday trading.
