05:34 PM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shyft ( SHYF ) said late Tuesday that its shareholders have approved the proposed merger with a unit of Aebi Schmidt Group.

The transaction is expected to close July 1, the company said.

Following the merger, the combined entity will operate under the name "Aebi Schmidt Group" and is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the AEBI ticker July 1.
