Sibanye Stillwater Says Public Investment Raises Stake to Over 20%

11:00 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sibanye Stillwater ( SBSW ) said Friday it received formal notice that the Public Investment now holds a 20.42% stake in its ordinary shares.

The company said it has filed the required notice with South Africa's Takeover Regulation Panel, in line with local securities laws.
