09:28 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sibanye Stillwater ( SBSW ) said Monday that it has agreed to a $215 million commercial settlement with investment firm Appian Capital Advisory over Sibanye's cancellation of a deal to acquire shares of Atlantic Nickel and Mineracao Vale Verde from Appian in January 2022.

The two parties have reached an agreement on a settlement before the court proceedings to determine the monetary award, Sibanye said in a regulatory filing.

Shares of Sibanye were up more than 6% in recent premarket activity on Monday.
