11:42 AM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Siebert Financial ( SIEB ) said Thursday it has extended its reach into music, entertainment and media with its acquisition of Gebbia Entertainment.

The deal includes a business partnership with Gamma Media and L.A. Reid for the rights to The Siemens, managed by singer, songwriter and producer Akon, Siebert Financial ( SIEB ) said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Shares of Siebert Financial ( SIEB ) were up 5.2% in recent trading.
